Refund and Returns Policy
Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If there’s an issue, we’re here to help.
1. Damaged Goods
1.1. In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
1.2. Please provide clear photographs showing the damage and packaging.
1.3. We may ask you to retain the damaged item for inspection.
1.4. Once verified, we will offer either:
- A replacement item at no additional cost, or
- A full refund (including delivery costs).
2. Unopened Goods
2.1. If you change your mind, you can return goods within 14 days of receipt.
2.2. Returned goods must be unopened, in the original cellophane wrapping, and in a resaleable condition.
2.3. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
2.4. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods were damaged or incorrect.
3. Non-Returnable Items
3.1. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.
3.2. Any item returned that does not meet the above conditions will not be refunded.
4. How to Return an Item
4.1. Contact us at sales@info-ineed.com within the stated timeframes.
4.2. Include your order number, name, and reason for return.
4.3. We will provide return instructions and shipping details.
5. Refund Processing
5.1. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
5.2. Please allow up to 10 working days for funds to appear, depending on your bank.
5.3. We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.
