1.2. These Terms apply to all sales of goods and use of our services.

2. Products and Availability
2.1. All products are subject to availability.
2.2. Product descriptions and prices are accurate at the time of listing but may change without notice.
2.3. We make every effort to ensure images and descriptions are accurate, but minor variations may occur.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1. All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
3.2. Payment is processed securely via WorldPay.
4. Order Confirmation
4.1. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
4.2. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.
5. Delivery
5.1. Orders are dispatched within the same day if placed before 3pm. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed for next day collection and dispatch. All orders are collected from us and delivered to you by DHL.
5.2. All bottles are securely packaged – double bubble-wrapped inside a reinforced cardboard box.
5.3. Delivery times vary depending on destination and courier.
5.4. You will be notified once your order has been shipped.
6. Damaged or Faulty Goods
6.1. All goods are quality-checked before dispatch.
6.2. If your goods arrive damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt.
6.3. You must provide photographic proof of the damage and retain the original packaging.
6.4. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
7. Returns and Refunds
7.1. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on eligibility and process.
7.2. Returned goods must be unopened, in their original cellophane wrapping, and in a resaleable condition.
7.3. Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days once returned items are received and inspected.
8. Liability
8.1. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from misuse of products.
8.2. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of the goods purchased.
9. Intellectual Property
9.1. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any part of the site without written permission.
10. Governing Law
10.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
10.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Refund and Returns Policy
Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If there’s an issue, we’re here to help.
1. Damaged Goods
1.1. In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
1.2. Please provide clear photographs showing the damage and packaging.
1.3. We may ask you to retain the damaged item for inspection.
1.4. Once verified, we will offer either:
- A replacement item at no additional cost, or
- A full refund (including delivery costs).
2. Unopened Goods
2.1. If you change your mind, you can return goods within 14 days of receipt.
2.2. Returned goods must be unopened, in the original cellophane wrapping, and in a resaleable condition.
2.3. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
2.4. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the goods were damaged or incorrect.
3. Non-Returnable Items
3.1. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.
3.2. Any item returned that does not meet the above conditions will not be refunded.
4. How to Return an Item
4.1. Contact us at sales@info-ineed.com within the stated timeframes.
4.2. Include your order number, name, and reason for return.
4.3. We will provide return instructions and shipping details.
5. Refund Processing
5.1. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
5.2. Please allow up to 10 working days for funds to appear, depending on your bank.
5.3. We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.
